Instructions for full text

Once you receive confirmations from the Scientific Committee that your abstract is accepted and pay the Congress fee, you will receive instructions via email about how to send us your full text.

When preparing the full text for the Congress authors should follow the following instructions:

Articles are accepted in English language ONLY.

Article technical form

The full texts should be written in Microsoft Word Windows program, on A4 paper format, Times New Roman font, size 12 pt in 1.5 spacing, aligned on both sides. Page format should be: Top: 2,5 сm, Bottom: 2,5 сm, Left: 2,5 сm, Right: 2,5 сm. If it is necessary to indicate a word or a sentence in the text, use the italic.

Article length

The article should not exceed 8 pages, including title, author(s) text, tables, figures and references.

The main structural elements of the articles should be as follows:

The title must be not more than ten words;
Full name of each author (do not include degrees); the last one is introduced by “&”;

The summary should be brief and self-explanatory. It should cover a general presentation of the topic (the purpose and the objective of the paper), results and conclusions. Authors should not use abbreviations. The abstract should not exceed 2000 symbols including spaces.

Key Words

You should use not more than five words, which are not part of the title, need to be singled out. The Key words need to reflect the contents of the paper.

The introduction aims to convince the readers that the published development includes novelty and is applicable, it addresses the following questions:
What is the problem?
Are there any existing solutions (indicating the level of study of the problem at the time)?
What is expected to be achieved by the author of the research?

Aim and objectives of the study
They should provide an understanding of the focus of the publication and to justify its structure. After them is necessary to indicate:
What is the significance of the material;
Why it is important and original;
They may be further discussed the potential value of the practice, the importance for future studies, a more detailed limitations of the study, etc.

This part should consist of the following subtitles: entity sample, variables, procedures, tastings, and statistical analysis.
Units of measurement, symbols and abbreviations must conform to international standards. Measurements of length, height, weight and volume should be given in metric units (meter, kilogram, liter).

When presenting the results, it is important the author to focus only on what matters most. The publication must contain only the essential facts and those with a broader meaning, without giving many details of every possible statistics. The main thesis of the author must be clearly traceable and firmly established.
Tables, graphs and pictures showing the results of individual analyses need to be indicated in the text for easier reader navigation.

The authors are expected here to comment on the results and compare them with literature data. The discussion must be professional and correspond to experimental data. Practical implications are welcome.

Provide information sufficient to identify sources of support, technical assistance, and intellectual contributions not associated with authorship.

Tables, graphs and pictures

Each table and any illustration must be placed in the publication. Tables should be numbered in the order in which they occur in the text and referred to as, for example, “Table 1”. Each table should be accompanied by a short title. Tables should be accompanied with interpretations (legends).
Illustrations, graphs and pictures shall be marked as “Figure 1”. Each figure needs to have a short title. In case that the figures are taken over from another paper, the title should not include the original name. In such a case, the source where the picture was taken from should be indicated under the picture.

References to other publications must be written in the style of Harvard and be carefully checked for completeness, accuracy and consistency. Those authors must be submitted by any of the following ways:

The family of the author and year of publication (eg. Adams, 2006)
Cite the names of the families of the two authors of the publication and year of publication (eg. Adams, Brown, 2006)

For more than three authors, displays only the name of the first author and year of publication (eg. Adams et al., 2006)

The list of references should be listed alphabetically at the end of the material.

For books:

Surname, Initials (year).Title of Book, Publisher, Place of publication.

e.g. Harrow, R. (2005).No Place to Hide, Simon & Schuster, New York, NY.

For journals/publications: Surname, Initials (year of publication), Title of paper, in Surname, Initials (Ed.), Title of published proceeding which may include place and date(s) held, Publisher, Place of publication, Page numbers.

e.g. Jakkilinki, R., Georgievski, M. and Sharda, N. (2007). Connecting destinations with an ontology-based e-tourism planner, in Information and communication technologies in tourism 2007 proceedings of the international conference in Ljubljana, Slovenia, 2007, Springer-Verlag, Vienna, pp. 12-32.

For articles in newspapers:Surname, Initials (year), Article title, Newspaper, date, pages.

e.g. Smith, A. (2008). Money for old rope, Daily News, 21 January, pp. 1, 3-4.

For electronic sources: If the source is available on the Internet, the full web address (URL) must indicate the end of the references and the date on which you used it.
Surname, Initials (year). Name of article, available at: URL address, (date of access)
Example: e.g. Castle, B. (2005). Introduction to web services for remote portlets, available at: http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/library/ws-wsrp/ (accessed 12 November 2007).

If you use electronic sources without indicating their authors and date, URL, should be included or with brackets in the text, or recommended to be designated as a note (with Roman numerals in square brackets along with text, followed by the full URL in the end of the document).

Contact information with the corresponding author:
Name and address of the corresponding author (must include title, degree and position of the corresponding author, phone and fax numbers – zip code for the country and city, and email address).
This information should be at the end of the text.
