Dear colleagues,
I am pleased to invite you to participate in the International Scientific Congress “Applied Sports Sciences”and Balkan Scientific Congress „Physical Education, Sport, Health“ organized by the National Sports Academy “Vassil Levski” in Sofia.
The Congress will take place on 15 and 16 November 2019 and will bring together some of the most prominent international academic and scientific researchers. The event will enable participants to share their latest achievements and results with the scientific community in sport.Innovations, trends and practical issues and challenges will be discussed.
It is already traditional that the Congress “Applied Sports Sciences” brings together different generations of researchers and representatives of sports science from different countries. We invite all lecturers, researchers, practitioners in the field of sport to submit their work on the main topics of the congress and thus contribute to the work of the various discussion groups.

In my capacity as Chair of the International Scientific Congress „Applied Sports Sciences” and Balkan Congress „Physical Education, Sport, Health“, I would like to welcome you as participants in the congress event – 2019. I sincerely hope that this congress will continue, thanks to all of you, who are already part of a distinct scientific community in sports science, to fulfill the duties of a modern scientific and research forum through presentations of significant research works, hypotheses and achievements in the most visible and accessible form.I also hope to give the floor to new and young colleagues who will share their ideas at this international event.
This year we will have the opportunity to compare our work with most interesting expert statements in various areas of sport presented by key lecturers at the congress.We will have the opportunity to discuss commonly the opportunities and perspectives of regional sports sciences.
